Election for School cabinet 2022-’23

To create awareness about the importance of elections in a Democracy, to let the students know the ideals behind elections and to develop a healthy competitive spirit amongst the students are some important objectives we wish to fulfill through the entire process. The newfound confidence and enhanced dignity of the voters and the candidates are our investments that are bound to reap rich dividends in future. Best wishes to all the candidates in the fray.

Excursion to a Village

When the surroundings offer such enriching experiences, why remain confined to the concrete walls of classrooms! Our enthusiastic learners visited a village and got to see the farms, traditional sources of water and places of worship first hand. The children learned about different stages of crop production and learned to be grateful for the food that nourishes us. Eating scrumptious lunch amidst enthralling nature in the company of friends was an added bonus

Doha Vaachan Pratiyogita

The students of Class III to VII mesmerised the audience with their soulful recital and profound explanations of the couplets of Kabir and Raheem today. The pearls of age old wisdom threaded in the poetry of the great maestros enlightened the audience as well as the participants.

Nature, Our Teacher

Teachers at Angels Valley School use its thoughtfully designed green campus to teach important concepts to the students. We firmly believe that the best way to retain knowledge is to use multi- sensory approach. This belief leads our teachers to explore newer methods of teaching- learning. For the students, this becomes an exciting opportunity to observe, reflect and create. In pictures- Students of Class III check and explore leaves of different shapes and sizes as part of their Ev.S. project.

A Slice of Village Life

The students of Class VI enjoyed a simulation to experience rural life. Through this multidisciplinary activity, the children learnt about the village panchayat system with the help of a role play, performed farming activities, relished local delicacies and enjoyed a bit of folk music and dance too. The idea of simple needs, sustainable practices and dignity of manual work were some of the other objectives achieved through this activity.

Food Stalls: A Multidisciplinary Activity By Class VII

The students of Class VII, under the guidance of their Mathematics Teacher, participated in a special activity today that not merely gave them clarity of the concept of profit and loss but also taught them culinary skills, effective communication, marketing skills, advertising, photography and crowd management.The students organised the entire event themselves and surprised their teachers with an excellent show of team work.
